Shipping

It varies depending on the size of your order. Rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your shopping cart. Shipping is free for orders over $99 to USA shipping destinations.

We ship your package out within 1-2 business days of your order. Packages typically take 5-10 days to arrive at your door after purchase, but in most cases, they will arrive sooner. One exception is the posters and print-on-demand apparel items, which are shipped in separate packages and typically take about 1-2 weeks to arrive to our customers.

We ship our products in poly mailers, padded mailers, study boxes and mailing tubes. We make an effort to use recyclable packaging as much as we can. EcoEnclose is one of suppliers of eco-friendly packaging materials.

Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. This email may end up in your spam folder, so check there if you don't receive it in a timely manner. If you still don't see it, contact us to let us know and we will follow-up with the info for you.

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. At this time, we do not offer faster shipping options.

Currently, we only offer up international shipping to our neighbors in Canada. We are open to considering shipment to international locations depending on the cost, so shoot us an email to let us know the product you are interested in, along with the shipping location, and we'll see if we can make it happen.

Returns / Exchanges

Yes, we allow return/exchanges on non-discounted products for up to 30 days after purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. 

For orders placed during the holiday season window of November 1st to December 31st, we extend the return/exchange period for up to 90 days. 

Please note that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs you may incur when returning or exchanging items, unless it is our mistake in shipping the wrong size or item. We do not charge to ship an item back to you when making an exchange. 

To initiate a return/exchange, please contact us at howdy@pureadirondacks.com. Let us know your order number and a quick explanation about your return/exchange. If you want to exchange, let us know the size/color you are wanting to exchange. Once we receive your return package, we will then ship out your requested item for exchange.

Our apologies, but we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

Refund Policy

The refund will be processed to the credit card used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the returned item(s). The customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to send the merchandise back to us. Also note that the initial shipping fee is also non-refundable.

The return will be issued in the form of a store credit (sent via email) for future use in our online shop.

Yes, all online orders shipping to NY State addresses will have sales tax applied at checkout. Out-of-state orders will be exempt from sales tax.
