What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards & PayPal.

Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, all online orders shipping to NY State addresses will have sales tax applied at checkout. Out-of-state orders will be exempt from sales tax.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?
It varies depending on the size of your order. Rates are calculated based on the total weight of the products in your shopping cart. 

How long does it take for a package to arrive?
We ship your package out within 1-2 business days of your order. Packages typically take 5-10 days to arrive at your door after purchase, but in most cases, they will arrive sooner. One exception is the posters, which are shipped in separate packages and typically take about 1-2 weeks to arrive to our customers.

What are the products shipped in?
We ship our products in study boxes and mailing tubes.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information included. This email may end up in your spam folder, so check there if you don't receive it in a timely manner.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. At this time, we do not offer faster shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside of the USA. We are open to considering shipment to international locations depending on the cost, so shoot us an email to let us know the product you are interested in, along with the shipping location, and we'll see if we can make it happen.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Our customer satisfaction is very important to us. In general, unworn apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Please note that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs you may incur when returning or exchanging items, unless it is our mistake in shipping the wrong size or item. We do not charge to ship an item back to you when making an exchange. 

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@pureadirondacks.com. Let us know your order number and a quick explanation about your return/exchange.

Can I return /exchange sale items?

Our apologies, but we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale items. All sales are final.

OUR PRODUCTS

How do your shirts fit?
Our t-shirts & long sleeves are a modern fit. Most of our garments fit a little snug to flatter almost any body type. If you're not sure what size to get or if you're in-between sizes, we recommend you order one size up. Please check the size chart located on the product pages to find more info on sizing. We print our shirts locally in New York State mainly on Bella+Canvas blank goods.

Will my new shirts shrink after I wash them?
We print our designs on a variety of materials ranging from 100% Cotton, 50/50 polyester/cotton blend and 50/25/25 (50% Polyester / 25% Cotton / 25% Rayon) construction. We recommend washing in cool water and hanging to dry. If doing a machine dry, tumble dry on low to help prevent shrinkage.
